You can purchase any item by either adding to cart and progressing through the easy to use checkout system or by contacting us by email or phone.

We offer most forms of payment, all of which are given as an option during checkout:-

Paypal

If you already have a PayPal account you can use either the shopping cart method (easiest!) or send money from your on-line account to gary@antiquesilverspoons.co.uk . If sending money directly via PayPal please quote the item description and reference number. Please add the relevant postage/shipping cost to your item.

You can also send secure credit card payments via PayPal without having your own account. Simply choose the option for payment without registering to open an account.

Paypal is covered by Verisign Identity Protection.

Bank Transfers

This is our preferred method of payment. It is simple to use if you have an online bank account and payment is received almost immediately.

Bank wires or transfers are also a good payment method for large international payments, especially if you are unable or prefer not to use a credit card. Most international banks will make these transfers in GBP for a small charge.

Cheque

Payment by cheque in GBP. Either continue through the checkout by clicking the "add to basket" buttons and choosing the cheque payment option or contact us to let us know that payment is on its way.

Credit/Debit Card

We accept payment from all types of credit/debit cards via checkout. No on-line accounts are necessary - progress using the Paypal option, when transferred to the Paypal website choose the option underneath the "register an account" facility and it will take you through the payment process. Paypal uses one of the world's most sophisticated online payment facilities and is Verisign approved.

Credit card companies are understandably cautious about large international transactions (generally over £2000), so it may be necessary to ask your card holder company to temporarily lift any security restrictions to enable a payment.

We can also manually process payments, so please phone us on 01594 546328 - Monday to Friday during standard working hours.

International Currency cheques & Money Orders

We are happy to accept this form of payment. please note that it will be necessary to add a £5 surcharge for cheques under £100 (£10 for totals over £100) to cover our currency exchange costs. Contact us for details.

Travellers cheques & cash

Travellers cheques in GBP are acceptable with no extra charges. We will also accept cash (please only post small totals). Travellers cheques and cash in International currencies will be subject to a currency exchange surcharge as above. Contact us and we will send details of our address with payment instructions.

Other Useful Information

We regularly update this web-site, and all priced items are available. In the rare case that an item has recently sold we will immediately refund your money in full. Should you wish to check the availability of the item you have chosen or require further information, please email us now at enquiries@antiquesilverspoons.co.uk.

Once payment has been received we will let you know and post the goods on to you.

Upon receipt of the item we would appreciate an email to let us know that it has arrived and that you are happy with your purchase.
